The Alder Residence Project was envisioned for a single man with Multiple Sclerosis in Tribeca New York.  Throughout this project as a designer we had to consider many ADA accommodations that could be made to the penthouse in the future. We also had to accommodate other living quarters for housekeepers and those that would also be using the space.
